The location of this hotel is perfect, right off the Plaza de Mayo. The room were large and clean. The breakfast was good and the housekeeping services helpful and friendly. We were able to walk right out the door to sightseeing and the La Florida area. We were able to pay a small fee for a late checkout which was really nice given that we had a late night flight.

Nice location at Plaza de Mayo, so close to many main sites. Big room, comfortable bed. Very good sized shower cubicle. Varied and plentiful breakfast buffet.

Location, breakfast service (kind staff), extend the check out till 15:00 so I could get changed after a mornign meeting. Had to host the follow up meeting in the hotel lobby

The room size was good, lighting controls confusing. One of the reception staff was particularly helpful, booking our tango evening and taxi.

Location of the hotel is great - just around the corner of the Plaza de Mayo and a walkable distance from the well-known historic cafe Tortoni. An italian restaurant just near by is a great place to have your meal at any time of the day. The beds were comfy and the rooms were very soundproof which was great.

My flight to Buenos Aires was delayed so I missed my next connecting flight. I had to stay one night in Buenos Aires since the next available flight is on the next day. I booked this hotel very last minute. The room is clean and the staff are very helpful. The hotel is located in the historical district. There is a restaurant right next door. I would stay here again if I come back to Buenos Aires.

I liked everything about this hotel. Location is excellent, very near Plaza de Mayo and very close to the Subte (subway). Breakfast is great. The room was very spacious and comfortable. The staff was also very helpful.

even though the hotel didn't have our selected bed option, they gave us a late check out that was comfortable and helped us out having a great stay! staff was incredible, especially Nicole!

Very clean & comfortable, good location, great room service. Good wifi, good setting to catch up on work at a desk or lounge watching the TV. Nice bathroom with a tub. No complaints.
